The interface of this software is very intuitive and the installation process is easy. If they add th incoming emails control functions, it will be more perfect. If you are looking for a software to monitor your employee, or your children or any kind of computer monitoring, you could give it a try.

It saves me lots of physical disks and invaluable time. And there's a Mac version for Apple users like me. Very considerate. And it can work with many kinds of popular media players like iTunes, Realplayer, WMP, Winamp, etc. It's powerful!

No support for 64 bit OS. It crashes violently. Doesn't support VMWare images either. The support is slow to respond to questions and is not helpful.

Normally, I burn iTunes music to a CD to remove DRM so that I can listen to my music on every device. This method cost a lot of money and time. I am considering of buying CD instead until I get to know this product. It adopts virtual burning technology so the burning process do not need a CD-the converted songs are in the preset folder of your hard disk. This is the most amazing feature for me. This software supports a variety formats...

Pros: convert DRM music,virtual burning ( no need a real CD),fast encoding speed
Cons: need another media player such as iTunes to accomplish the job, although not difficult to use
