Their support seems to be less than helpful, though the product is decent. I do wish the password retrieval function didn't rely on contacting them and then praying that they deign to take the time to respond to you. A personal question or something more local would have been perferable

Pros: It blocks most full sized porn images and text very effectively on Internet Explorer.
Cons: --It blocks anything with the skin tones regardless of what the image actually is (we were looking at an image of a church with a pink sunset behind it and coloring the white building) --ishield doens't block other internet browsers which are not installed on startup, so it is easy to circumnavigate the product if you give it any effort. --If you forget the password, they won't necessarily send you the the password when you use their "forgot your password?" function and won't necessarily respond to any of your e-mails to their support address making it really hard to make any alterations to your settings or even to uninstall it.

This was a really easy program to use. You can purchase it online then download and use it immediately, and it walks you through each step. It only took about half an hour - much less than I expected - and when it was done, all I had to do was reload the operating system disk and the viruses that had previously almost destroyed my computer were gone. I would recommend this product to anyone - what I thought was going to be a huge project was...

The installer expects you to agree to install lots of other stuff otherwise the program only operated in a restricted mode.

I don't know what the other stuff is, I just backed out at that point because I don't trust this sort of approach. I suggest you don't trust it either.

As a whole quality program at good price

Pros: the shareware looks like good, it's stable and contains many options for varied shareware programs.
Cons: sometimes there are problems with the windows register but pretty programs have an access to it and may be this is the reason, i don't know

MakeSurvey.net is possibly the worst online application I have ever used. Setting up a survey using MakeSurvey.net took me well over an hour. I was able to set up the same survey in less than 10 minutes on SurveyMethods.com. With MakeSurvey.net, I had to copy and paste each of my questions one by one into their clunky interface (SurveyMethods allows bulk copying). There was also no easy way to find out what their different "skins" looked...

Pros: None that I could identify
Cons: Unintuitive interface, cumbersome process for entering data, non-existent help, poor customer service

blaze audio has no tech support so theres no way to get help with this contradictory and flawed program, power record at least in the new version crashes the computer, power record has big problems

Pros: can change colors on screen
Cons: very hard to use, faulty scheduling mechanism, freezes when converting files to mp3

Can't see why anyone would bother with this.

Pros: Okay sound
Cons: Program freezes when opening editor. Blaze Audio doesn't provide any technical support. Can't record streaming audio at all, unlike audacity which is free.

WipeDrive is a great product that I would definitely use again. I had several computers for my business that we were donating to a local school, so I purchased two copies of WipeDrive (each copy costs $39.95, which is well worth the price, and works on up to five computers,) and all I had to do was put the cd in, tell it which wipe to use, and let it go. Stay away. Check the forums out regarding the lack of support offered for this product, specifically for listed sites that they say it will work for.

Pros: Excellent statistical information when it works
Cons: Worked at one of the three sites that were listed which I tried. Very, very little support
