Cons: Will not answer any emails after purchase.

I was guaranteed a full refund if not satisfied, but they will not respond to my enquiries. Looks like a fraud to me.I was actually sent a product on disk (Bulk emailer ) but it is the same as the one I had previously paid for. Now they will not answer my emails. Bull!!

I would like to bring to your attention this company can be found on you’re website. This company should be investigated for poor practices and misrepresentation of their product. The product they represent does not work in all environments’. I know this is not your issue nor am I trying to make it your issue. I purchased this product because this company offered support and configuration. After 2 attempts to have the product work, I have not been able to get a hold of this company.
The only support I received from FXStyle was that I could purchase other software from them that would be guaranteed to work. I responded that is what I had already purchased from them a product guaranteed to work. I indicated to them their track record was not stellar and had asked for a refund of the money I had paid. They have refused to answer any of my emails.
The issue is that one sites reported downloads of 300+ copies equaling $21000.00US. This company is located in Hong Kong making it very hard to contact or ever expect anyone to collect a refund. I contacted Michael J Marshall - Ombudsman - [email protected] == Association of Shareware Professionals (ASP), he indicated they are not members of this association would not be able to follow up with them. He does recognize this as being an issue.

I was diligent in selecting a product to purchase. I also noticed there were a few complaints but decided to purchase the software. After I reported the problem I have since found similar incidents being reported in other download sites. The same situation I experienced becomes a common practice for this company. It is fraud.
