I have used a few other "paid" programs in my time ... however this program seems to be superior.

Must see to appreciate. It's clear that there has been a trememdous amount of work designing and developing this software. The remote access is the richest I've seen yet. File streaming works great and there is no limitation to how many PC's I can setup for remote control. I surprised to see I could even access and view my webcam. Very fair price for everything included

Cons: 3D digital home seems to be a bit buggy

The software puts you to servers that are so far away, it hangs your computer up...and, finally, just doesn't allow you to access the internet. If you want a "special" area of the US or International for a server, you have to pay an extra monthly fee. It's a rip-off and not worth the money. Customer support did not call me when I left my phone number, just an email that I was at fault for not reading the fine print of a 24-hour in writing...

Had the program for a while now. I really like it, works extremely well on my Windows XP and my laptop with Windows Vista.
