NS Reports Manager for Crystal Reports is a swift tool to view reports designed in Crystal Reports. If you have a pile of Crystal Reports in your organization and want to enable your users to find and view a report they need quickly - this tool is for you. Users can use incremental search to find the report they need by report title. You do not need to purchase and/or install Crystal Reports designer for users who only need to view reports - NS Reports Manager contains all that in its installation.

You can also supply reports with sophisticated description in rich text format, maintain descriptions in any two languages (very handy feature for our multinational customers), implement role-based security to segregate access to reports, containing sensitive information (sales, salaries, etc.). Security can be at application level or integrated with Windows OS (no need to remember extra password). Incremental search by reports description is available too! Connect to MS SQL Server, MS Access or any other ADO-aware data source. Log users' activity and know, which reports are used frequently and by whom and which reports are obsolete.
