Cons: Horrible Customer Service

I purchase 2.x. According to the license agreement, you get unlimited version 2.x upgrades. However, I've been trying to contact customer service for months to get my upgrade, and they will not respond. Basically, they've stolen my money and will not provide the 2.x upgrade per the license agreement. STAY AWAY from this company, they are thieves.

Pros: Excellent statistical information when it works
Cons: Worked at one of the three sites that were listed which I tried. Very, very little support

Stay away. Check the forums out regarding the lack of support offered for this product, specifically for listed sites that they say it will work for.
