Pros: keylogging works no problems with antivirus
Cons: email problems website outdated support/help files outdated

Read up on this before you buy it. If you look at how to set up email it says that gmail is a pay service which isn't true, and they try to get you to sign up for some other account. The website they want you to use is gawab.com, which never works. Go ahead and try to visit there.

The only reason why i paid $70 for this over a freeware app is because I wanted reliable emailing of the logs, but this program makes something very simple a colossal pain. I've tried gmail, hotpop, and even gawab which they recommend but none of them work and their website has no info on how to fix this.

In spite of my anger I can admit that it's nice other than that. Good GUI, features are what you'd expect when paying for a keylogger. It even has things that seem more of a novelty (sound logging... how much disk space do you have?) And once you buy it you can only put it on one computer which annoys me.
