TaskPilot manages all the data synchronization. Task reminders notify when upcoming items are due. Set the reminder date quickly such as "One Day before due date", "One week before". Set due dates quickly using a one-click date such as "Tomorrow", "Next Monday", "One week from today", "Last day of this year".

Drag and drop between folders. Customize and set rules for the look of each Task so you're quickly notified of specific information that needs your attention. Example would be to set the font color red whenever a task is past its due date. Maybe another rule would be to set the Icon associated with it to a specific image and then set the background color blue and the font color white and italic because the category has been set to "Important must see". You define the rules and how to work with TaskPilot. You define the working experience.
