The Task Manager works using your local area network. Each user login to the system using their name and access code and can then view all the tasks which the administrator have assigned to them. The administrator can track down the access log at any time, and have the privilege to check the pending and complete task for each user. Also, the system can send automatic emails with a custom message to all the users with pending tasks. The user will receive an email with an Excel file attachments listing all the pending tasks. A very unique, smart and secure software which will help you to organize your day to day tasks and communication between you and your staff members. The system refreshes it self every 3 minutes, so none of the users will miss any message. Very useful reports are included.
