Simple Money Manager was designed to enter or import your data as quickly as possible. It understands almost any financial data format (and willing to learn any other), and has self-learning feature to assign categories automatically to imported transactions (or just import categories for the CSV format).
Everything in Simple Money Manager is just one click away. The sidebar and four main tabs give you access to every feature in a single click, all features are following each other (for example, select a category on sidebar and see all transactions for this category highlighted, and category preselected on the categories tab).

Standard, Pro and Entrepreneur editions offer different variety of reports, but every edition provides sufficient reporting for your needs. Simple, clear and customizable pie charts and graphs provide you instant insight about your financial situation, show you where your money is going either for selected month, year-to-date or the last 12 months.

Expected expenses and income are calculated from recurring transaction details, so you have your transactions created for you on scheduled basis and you know right away how much expenses, income you will get for the rest of the current month or even future months. You will see your 'financial temperature' right away by highlighted background under totals on the sidebar. Your actual and expected net income is compared to the volume of your income, and provides you with instant indication (bright green, green, yellow, orange, red, bright red) of where you are right now with your finances.

Finally, the automatic backup with multiple history helps you to keep you data safe.
