Packpal Icon Grabber can search icons both from a file and a folder. It can import all icons from the directories and hard drives and save all icons at once.

Packpal Icon Grabber can export icons to *.bmp, *.ico, and *.jpg files at the size of 32 x 32 and 16 x 16. So it can be used to modify the size of icons and convert file format among icon, bmp, and jpeg.
