Pros: -good gui -great artist infos -mp3 id tag completion
Cons: a mp3-resampler would have been nice

I was suprised to get this for 29 USD. It has so nice features like the artist history that i didn't see anywhere else. also it is nice that the program redirects me to the online store where i was finaly able to buy the album of a song i was listening for so long (i didnt know the album but the program found it).
