Pros: Very reliable, easy to setup & many variables equal to more expensive programs.
Cons: Unable to import developed report template

Design templates can be copied, including drop down lists and all of the parameters and variables. This is excellent as it is often necessary to commence a clean database for the next year. What is frustrating is that the created Reports cannot be copied along with the design template. This requires them to be created from scratch each year. As with most report writing tools it takes a bit of time to juggle and set report outcomes.

Pros: Simple software that is pretty easy to learn and use
Cons: Searching is a bit clunky, and you have to specify fields to search

Templates offered are relatively limited, and there is no customer forum for discussing ideas and sharing templates. The report writing tool is significantly more intimidating than the database tools, and reminds on immediately of the Access interface (unfortunately). One click conversion to a list view would be nice, instead of having to select fields first. Saving a view would be nice. For the price, a nice simple tool that is easy for non-techies to start using right away.
