Pros: Has all the features. Easy to use.
Cons: Large download. Only windows.

Cylekx has more than it's share of great photo tools. I would say that the animation support is best used for generating cool effects rather than bona-fide animation however. The layer mangement, text integration, and depth of customization throughout are what place this software at the top. Many tutorials exist for it on and offline.

Bottom line: A top end graphics program.
